BSS is currently seeking an IT Service Coordinator who is hungry, humble and smart! Our new teammate is a natural at building relationships and making clients feel comfortable. They excel in taking exceptional care of our clients by identifying their issues and needs and efficiently converting them into service requests for our help desk team. Here are just some of the ways you will be helping us bring people and technology together:
- Providing outstanding customer service to clients, employees, leaders, and vendors.
- Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
- Full phone coverage during shifts.
- Pre-processing service requests from email, manual entry or direct client input.
- Convert calls into service requests and create tickets for the help desk technicians.
- Schedule service technicians for onsite visits.
- Communicate with clients about incident progress, changes, and outages.
- Remain positive, flexible, and productive through changes and challenges.
- Basic technical knowledge of computers and operating systems.
- Strong written, oral, and listening communication skills.
