Job Summary And Qualifications

The manager performs administrative tasks, patient related tasks and supervises the Cardiovascular Telemetry department, staff and program. The manager monitors and evaluates the nursing care delivered on the CVT unit in accordance with established policies/procedures. The manager oversees resource management with assistance from the unit director to operate within the fiscal budget. The manager models a commitment to the organizations’ vision/mission/values and acts as a coach to direct reports to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to the overall departmental performance.

Lee's Summit Medical Center is an 80+ bed full-service hospital. We serve Lee’s Summit and surrounding areas.
