Overview
Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychologist in Central Illinois. The ideal candidate will have experience working with the Adult Mental Health population. This role involves providing psychological assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions to support optimal mental health. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Duties

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide therapy and counseling services to patients, focusing on evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including social workers and medical staff, to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in psychology.

Skills

• Proficient in patient care techniques and therapeutic modalities suitable for various age groups.
• Excellent diagnostic evaluation skills to identify psychological disorders effectively.
• Experience in adult inpatient settings is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills for managing medical records and documentation accurately.
• Effective communication skills to engage with patients, families, and colleagues compassionately.

Pay: $157,500.00 - $160,000.00 per year
