Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate, independently licensed LCSW in Kentucky to join our dynamic and growing collective. As a contractor, you’ll have the flexibility to set your own schedule, choose your preferred caseload, and focus on providing high-quality therapy services—without the burden of administrative overload. This is a remote position with telehealth delivery through a HIPAA-compliant platform.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy to adolescents and/or adults via telehealth
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with clients on treatment planning and goal setting
• Uphold ethical and legal standards in clinical practice
• Attend optional monthly team meetings or consultation groups
• Provide culturally competent and affirming care to diverse populations

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted LCSW license in the state of Kentucky (Required)
• Must be able to practice independently without clinical supervision
• Minimum of 1 year post-licensure clinical experience (preferred)
• Experience working with trauma, anxiety, and marginalized populations
• Bonus if you are EMDR trained/certified
• Comfortable using electronic health record (EHR) and telehealth platforms
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Compensation:
$55–$75 per session (depending on experience, credentials, and population served)
