Job Overview:
Licensed Clinical Psychologists provide psychological assessment and therapeutic services, often through private practices. This role includes obtaining and maintaining licensure, managing client care, and working within insurance networks to enhance patient access to care. It supports mental health by delivering evidence-based treatments while ensuring compliance through dedicated practice management platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive psychological evaluations and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
Create and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with client needs.
Maintain thorough, confidential clinical documentation using secure electronic health records.
Navigate insurance credentialing and billing to facilitate client access to covered services.
Ensure ongoing compliance with relevant professional, legal, and insurance requirements.
Establish strong therapeutic relationships that promote positive client outcomes.

Requirements:

Active, unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Psychologist (PSY, PSYP, or PsyD), recognized on a state-by-state basis.
Master’s degree or higher in Clinical Psychology or related discipline.
Valid National Provider Identifier (NPI) number.
Current malpractice insurance.
Interest in launching or expanding a private practice that accepts insurance.

Preferred Qualifications:

Licensure in multiple states is advantageous.
Experience working with diverse client populations and familiarity with Medicare Advantage and Medicaid plans.
