Duties
- Provide supervision and staffing to current Social work staff.
- Conduct file review of Social work staff.
- Review therapeutic bio-psycho assessments
- Review therapeutic treatment plans developed for client needs and goals
- Provide guidance to the team with best practices in psychotherapy and clinical counseling through continuing education and professional development.
- Adhere to ethical standards and guidelines set forth by relevant professional organizations.
- Must maintain a case load of 5-10 if necessary
```Requirements```
- Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
- Valid state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker.
- Experience in providing therapy and counseling services to individuals with diverse backgrounds and needs.
-Knowledge of DSM5 and any current therapeutic standards
- Strong assessment skills to effectively evaluate client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Ability to provide trauma-informed care, particularly for clients with PTSD or other trauma-related conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines in all aspects of practice.
