Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and individuals with autism spectrum disorders, providing behavioral therapy and support.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess patient needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles
- Provide behavioral therapy and interventions to children and individuals with autism
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Conduct patient assessments and monitor progress regularly
- Work with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care
Skills:
- Possess a valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience in behavioral health, special education, or related field
- Proficiency in conducting diagnostic evaluations and developing treatment plans
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis techniques
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with autism spectrum disorders
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with families and caregivers
- Familiarity with patient care practices and procedures
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality requirements

Pay: $80.00 - $120.00 per hour
