Warsaw faith-based mental health counseling agency seeks a full-time licensed Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Marriage & Family Therapist, or Clinical Social Worker. A master’s degree in counseling or social work is required. Applicants who have an associate license are welcome to apply.

LifeWorks Counseling & Consulting is a highly collaborative team of Christian counselors who provide high-quality mental health counseling to improve our community by addressing surrounding communities' mental health needs. We have offices in Fort Wayne, Warsaw, Columbia City, and LaPorte, IN, with 20 committed therapists and two incredible office managers to help the care of our clients go smoothly. Our office managers take care of credentialing and billing.

At LifeWorks, counselors provide ethical and evidenced-based counseling to children, adults, teens, seniors, couples, and families for various problems and maintain clinical documentation such as assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans. Counselors have autonomy over the days and times clients are seen and are never on call or work weekends or holidays to promote a healthy work/life balance.

At LifeWorks, counselors are W-2 employees, and liability insurance is provided.

Work Location: In-person or hybrid schedule (in-person and telehealth)

Compensation: Counselors are paid 60% of the revenue generated.
