Child Success Center provides evidence-based behavioral therapies that help children overcome challenges related to autism spectrum and various disorders.. Our team is a strong, kind and supportive group of professionals with advanced practice, joy and gratitude for the opportunity to work together every day. Our interdisciplinary clinic, with its 4000 square foot state of the art sensory motor gym, offers occupational therapy, educational therapy, speech language therapy, and behavior therapy for children and infants with various diagnoses.

Child Success Center is not an out of network relationship model. All clinicians are hired based on high level of training and experience.

Our combined team of clinicians working together, creates a strong support system that encourages a child’s developmental growth. There is also wonderful parent participation as well as collaboration with outside professionals. We have many opportunities for mentorship, professional and clinical growth.

  • Training: developing and conducting clinical training programs for the clinical team, train-the-trainer model allowing for further development of both clinical and staff management skills
  • Clinical Compliance: setting clinical compliance and treatment integrity standards and ensuring their proper execution and enforcement by improving oversight systems and protocols
  • Supervising: Supervising a small group of Behavioral Therapists
  • Weekly billable hours

Compensation: $83,000 - $93,000 - Full time, based upon experience/$75 hourly-Part time, based upon experience

Job Skills:

  • Strong ABA and clinical skills
  • Self-disciplined: Able to schedule and attend client appointments and clinical team meetings with consistency, reliability and punctuality
  • Excellent written and spoken communication: Clear language, accurate grammar and spelling
  • Excellent time management skills: Understands how to allocate working day between billable hours and non-billable hours, onsite (direct) and in-office (indirect) supervision hours
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: Builds rapport with clients and with colleagues, and cultivates rapport between clinical team and client family
  • Excellent team player attitude and customer service orientation: Aligned with organizational practices, and working in service to client families and colleagues, regardless of their position
  • Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Master’s degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in early childhood education/development, early childhood special education, special education, or psychology. Five years of professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD)

  • Competent in employing and directing behavior analytic methodologies including Pivotal Response Training (PRT), Natural Environment Teaching (NET), Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS), Behavior Skills Training (BST), and Experimental Functional Analysis (EFA)
