Role Description
This is a 1099 contract role for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, based in Naperville, IL with hybrid work-from-home flexibility. The practitioner will be responsible for providing comprehensive mental health care, including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapeutic interventions. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with patients in-person and via telehealth, developing personalized care plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
We are an excellent fit for providers who are looking for work in addition to an already established role with another provider, or who seek a contract arrangement with less than full-time hours.

Qualifications
- Mental Health Nursing, Psychiatric Care, Mental Health Care skills
- Experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant
- Strong nursing and psychiatric medication skills and knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Valid state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Valid DEA and IL Controlled Substance licenses
- Experience or interest in working with diverse populations
- PMHNP with independent practice is preferred but not required
