We’re an upscale, privately owned dental office, and we’re looking for a rockstar Business Team Member to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll be the friendly face that welcomes patients, the mastermind behind efficient scheduling, and the go-to person for keeping our operations seamless.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Keeping schedules organized and patients happy
- Answering phones like a pro (because first impressions matter!)
- Handling patient records with precision, and verifying insurance.
- Assisting with billing, financial reports, and office coordination
- Making Dynamic Follow up calls for outstanding treatment
- Contributing to a fun, supportive team environment

What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of administrative experience (dental/medical office preferred, but not required)
- Exceptional organization and time management skills
- A friendly, professional personality with top-notch communication skills
- Ability to multitask without breaking a sweat
- Must be proficient in written and spoken English
- High school diploma required (college education in business or healthcare is a plus)
