Required Degree: MS or PhD in psychology, neuroscience, or a related field.

The required degree must be completed by the start date.

Experience:

• The Department of Psychology at Brigham Young University invites applicants of any academic rank to fill a part-time position in the Department of Psychology to begin Winter Semester 2026.
• The selected candidate will show commitment to excellence in undergraduate teaching and mentoring.

• Prior experience with teaching in organizational psychology is preferred.

Duties/Expectations:

• The responsibility of this faculty member is to teach Psych 330 (Organizational Psychology).
• Selected candidates are expected to have the knowledge and ability to teach about Personal, interactional, and structural aspects of organizations as well as motivation, decision making, problem-solving, communication, leadership, and organizational change.
• This course will be taught as an Evening Class in the Winter 2026 Semester.
• Class will be held in person on Tuesdays from 4:00-6:50pm.
