Position Title: Mental Health Counselor

Pay Rate: $33 hourly (plus mileage reimbursement)

Responsibilities:

• Completing intake paperwork Report writing/typing alone with supporting documents due the 1st of each month (initial reports are due within 10 days of first visit
• and termination reports are due within 10 days of the last visit)
• Servicing clients once a week
• Each session is 50 minutes Maintain a caseload of at least 10 clients
• Corresponding with DHHS via email and telephone regularly Communicating with BTC administrative office at least once a week

• Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work
• State of Michigan Licensure
• Department of Health and Human Services Central Registry Clearance
• Valid driver’s license
• Must have reliable transportation with valid automobile insurance
• Background check (Live Scan fingerprinting)
• Malpractice liability insurance
