Responsibilities
Plays the integral role in interfacing with caregiver staff in ensuring the proper caregiver and client match
Performs various supervisory activities related to scheduling both caregivers to clients, timecard processing, and other responsibilities as needed
Maintains a positive demeanor at all times and is able to effectively multitask in a high functioning office environment
Schedules the daily activities of caregivers, answers telephone, takes inquiries or messages in an upbeat, professional manner
Communicates continually with associates and clients to evaluate service
Serves as a team player within an office environment
Assist with recruitment tasks such as scheduling interviews and posting job ads
Maintain and organize employee records and HR documents
Help coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires
Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks and employee inquiries
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive HR information
Greet and register new patients upon arrival
Collect and verify personal, medical, and insurance information
Explain intake forms and assist patients in completing them
Enter patient data accurately into the electronic medical records system
Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure a smooth intake process
Serves as liaison between associates and Operations Director
Maintains integrity in every interaction with caregivers and clients
Maintains professionalism in all interactions
