Job Summary
Want to do ABA a different way? We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. This is not your typical clinic-based position. We focus on child led services and naturalistic teaching in school and community settings. The ideal candidate is someone who is interested in NET-based, neurodiversity affirming services. This role is responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and providing behavior analytic services to clients.
Duties
- Conduct functional behavior assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
- Implement behavior intervention strategies
- Monitor and evaluate client progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Conduct Parent and Caregiver Trainings
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with children in behavioral health settings
- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis principles
- Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques
- Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments
- Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
