Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavioral health and applied behavior analysis, with a focus on providing exceptional care to children and individuals with disabilities. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans that promote positive behavioral changes and enhance the quality of life for our clients.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques, focusing on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure cohesive support for clients.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.
• Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on effective behavior management strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, assessments, and treatment interventions.
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations to inform treatment decisions and enhance service delivery.

Requirements

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
• Experience working with children, particularly those with autism spectrum disorders or other developmental disabilities.
• Strong knowledge of patient care principles and behavioral health practices.
• Proficiency in applied behavior analysis techniques and behavioral therapy methodologies.
• Experience in special education settings is preferred.
• Ability to conduct thorough patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• A compassionate approach towards working with individuals with disabilities and their families.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $105,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
