Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavioral health and applied behavior analysis, with a focus on providing exceptional care to children and individuals with disabilities. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans that promote positive behavioral changes and enhance the quality of life for our clients.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques, focusing on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure cohesive support for clients.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.
- Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on effective behavior management strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, assessments, and treatment interventions.
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to inform treatment decisions and enhance service delivery.
Requirements
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- Experience working with children, particularly those with autism spectrum disorders or other developmental disabilities.
- Strong knowledge of patient care principles and behavioral health practices.
- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis techniques and behavioral therapy methodologies.
- Experience in special education settings is preferred.
- Ability to conduct thorough patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- A compassionate approach towards working with individuals with disabilities and their families.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $105,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
