Miami Vibes Counseling Center is currently seeking experienced, compassionate psychotherapists to join our collaborative and inclusive team. We are hiring fully licensed professionals such as Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), and Licensed Psychologists (PsyD, PhD) to provide high-quality psychotherapy to individuals, couples/relationships, and/or families—both in person and virtually.

At Miami Vibes, we believe in a client-centered, culturally responsive approach to therapy and in supporting our psychotherapists through consistent individual and group supervision. We provide a steady stream of referrals, a user-friendly electronic health record system, and full administrative and billing support to allow our psychotherapists to focus on clinical care.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Licensed psychotherapist (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD) with strong clinical skills
• Passion for working with adults; experience with children, teens, or couples is a plus
• Interest in maintaining or growing a caseload within a supportive team environment
• Availability during weekday, daytime hours; at least one day with evening availability is preferred but not required. Weekend hours are available but not required.
• Previous private practice experience is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide trauma-informed psychotherapy using evidence-based interventions
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA
• Collaborate with colleagues for consultation and coordinated care

Hiring for part-time or full-time positions. Position would start part-time as we would need to get through the credentialing process. You have to ability to do hybrid. Ideally, in-person work would be on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
