Position: Behavior Technician (BT / RBT)
We are currently hiring enthusiastic and dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our growing team! As a BT, you will work 1:1 with children in their homes, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide direct ABA therapy in-home and community settings
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs
  • Collect ongoing data and session notes using our user-friendly practice management system
  • Support consistency across home and community environments by collaborating with caregivers
  • Receive hands-on training, ongoing supervision, and opportunities for growth

Who You Are:

  • Passionate about helping children and families
  • Dependable, patient, and compassionate
  • Able to follow treatment plans and respond to behavior calmly and effectively
  • Have experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred but not required)
  • Open to training and eager to learn—RBT certification is a plus but not required

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college or related field preferred)
  • Reliable transportation to travel to in-home sessions
  • Ability to pass background checks
  • Consistent availability for part-time or full-time hours

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
