Job Summary
Contemporary Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. We are a multidisciplinary team of Psychiatrists, APRNs, PAs, and LCSWs, and we provide cutting edge treatments like TMS and Ketamine. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services to individuals and families, focusing on various challenges including depression, anxiety, OCD, and other mental health disorders. The LCSW will conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans. This role requires adherence to HIPAA regulations and a commitment to providing culturally competent care.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Provide therapy sessions focusing on counseling and support for individuals.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Advocate for clients' needs within the healthcare system and connect them with appropriate resources.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training related to special education and other relevant areas.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Experience in counseling
  • Knowledge of coding practices related to social work documentation is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with psychopharmacology principles and their application in clinical settings.
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating independent decision-making skills.
