In-office positions are available in: Ames, Cedar Rapids, Davenport, Grundy Center, Mason City, and Waterloo.

Hybrid and Fully-Remote positions are also available.

School based positions are also available in: Alburnett, Charles City, Independence, I-35/Winterset, Ogden, Waukee

This is a full-time (40 hours per week) position offering a dynamic and supportive work environment with flexible scheduling options, including telehealth opportunities. Part-time positions are available for those that are independently licensed.

What You’ll Do:

As a Mental Health Counselor with Heart and Solutions, you will:

• Provide individual, family, and group counseling to clients.
• Conduct assessments to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with clients, families, and community resources to support mental health and overall well-being.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies and facilitate referrals for additional services as needed.

• Temporary Licensed Mental Health Counselor (t-LMHC)

• Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW)
• Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
