Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 per yearDuties:

Provide virtual mental health therapy using a HIPAA-compliant platform.
Use evidence-based techniques to support client progress.
Develop and adjust personalized treatment plans as needed.
Offer guidance to help clients navigate challenges effectively.
Track progress and adapt therapeutic approaches accordingly.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
Active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in California.
Minimum of three years in an outpatient or telehealth setting.
Strong communication and time-management skills.
Comfortable using digital tools for clinical documentation.
