About Job

ADEAF Inc. serves individuals across the U.S. with disabilities and behavioral challenges, specializing in autism and related issues. As an RBT, you will provide one-on-one support in various settings, including homes and community locations.
The role involves implementing behavior plans and training caregivers. This position requires an RBT License to ensure effective service delivery. We believe in an integrated approach to foster positive change in our clients' lives, serving individuals from ages 2 through adulthood.
Duties:
  • Work hours vary based on client age and needs, typically in the afternoons, evenings, and occasionally on weekends or at school sites.
  • Flexible schedules make this ideal for teachers, students, and parents with relevant experience.
  • Candidates must be board-certified by the BACB; training will be provided for those without certification.
  • Spanish speakers and Tricare-certified individuals are a plus.

Job type:
  • Contract Full or Part-time.
  • Pay of $17-25 per hour, depending on experience and licensing.
Required Experiences:
  • Applied Behavior Analysis/Paraprofessional - 1 year.
Required License or Certification:
  • Active RBT certificate.
  • Active BLS certificate.
  • Drivers License and Insurance.
Required Education:
  • High school diploma.
Mandatory for all Employees:
  • Background Check.
  • TB Test clearance.
  • MUST BE BILINGUAL.
