At Essential Speech and ABA Prosper we specialize in early intervention up to age six and have a small center with a maximum of 12 clients. We value naturalistic and play based learning with a strong emphasis on communication and self-advocation skills. You'll work hands-on with children using ethical, evidenced-based ABA techniques in a collaborative center-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation of Care Plans:
- Execute treatment plans as developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA).
- Accurately document all services provided with a signature.
- Collect, prepare, and update data pertinent to the children under care.
- Behavioral Observations and Interventions:
- Record and describe children’s behaviors in measurable terms.
- Assist BCBAs with assessment procedures.
- Implement behavioral interventions and reinforcement procedures as directed.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with BCBAs, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and fellow RBTs.
- Maintain clear communication lines, adhere to professional boundaries, and apply supervisory feedback effectively.
- Safety and Environment:
- Provide a secure, supportive environment for patients and their families.
- Ensure confidentiality and privacy of patient information.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of frequently used areas and materials.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist with office duties such as preparing materials, making copies, and organizing therapy resources.
- Complete all required documentation according to company standards.
Training and Development:
- Consistent supervision from the Clinical Director
- Monthly center-wide clinical continuing education learning opportunities.
