Blazer Jobs is seeking a part-time, onsite Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a school district in Chicago, IL for the 20252026 school year (August 27, 2025 June 12, 2026). This role supports elementary and middle school students and offers an engaging opportunity to make a direct impact within a collaborative school team.

Position Overview:

• Caseload: Elementary and Middle School students

• Schedule: Part-time, onsite

• Contract Dates: August 27, 2025 June 12, 2026

• Compensation: $47$52/hour (based on experience)

• Renewal potential based on performance and district need

Daily Responsibilities:

• Monitor student progress and evaluate treatment effectiveness

• Design and adjust behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

• Collaborate with staff to implement behavior strategies

• Engage parents in behavior planning

• Attend IEPs and team meetings as needed

• Maintain service documentation and compliance

State Requirements:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) or eligibility

• School-based or pediatric experience preferred
