As a membership sales counselor at LA Fitness, you will be responsible for driving membership sales and revenue growth by engaging with potential members, understanding their fitness needs, and presenting tailored membership options. You will work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, helping individuals start their fitness journey while contributing to the club's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Membership Sales: Proactively generate leads, conduct outreach, and convert prospects into members through in-person consultations, calls, and tours of the facility.
• Customer Engagement: Build relationships with potential and current members by providing excellent service, answering questions, and guiding them toward the best membership options.
• Lead Generation and Follow Up: Utilize various sales techniques, including cold calling, networking and referrals , to maintain a steady pipeline of prospects.
• Facility Tours: Showcase the clubs' amenities, equipment and programs to potential members, highlighting the benefits of an LA Fitness membership.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed individual sales targets on a monthly basis.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Genral manager, Personal Training Director, and the front desk staff to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, lead tracking, and follow-up schedules using internal systems.

Qualifications:

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to succeed
• Ability to build rapport and establish relationships
• Experience in the fitness industry
• Comfortable making outbound phone calls and engaging in face-to-face customer interactions
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
