Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – San Fernando Valley

Role Overview:
We’re hiring a BCBA Consulting Supervisor to oversee a manageable caseload (approx. 15 clients) and lead clinical programming for in-home and adult day settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update individualized treatment plans
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Supervise and train RBTs, BIs, and Master’s-level staff
• Provide parent/caregiver training in homes and schools
• Monitor progress and communicate with funding sources
• Collaborate with staff and participate in monthly team meetings
• Travel between client homes, schools, and our office

What We’re Looking For:

• BCBA certification + Master’s in a related field
• 4+ years working with developmental disabilities (esp. significant behavioral challenges)
• Strong ABA knowledge and clinical supervision experience
• Ability to write FBAs and behavior support plans
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable vehicle, valid CA driver’s license, and clean driving record
• CPR/First Aid certified and DOJ/FBI background clearance

Schedule:

• Full-time (40 hrs/week), flexible hours
• Occasional weekends may be required
• Must be able to travel locally (approx. 25%)
