Position Overview
Are you a compassionate and licensed School Psychologist ready to make a differencewithout the daily commute? Were seeking a dedicated professional to join our virtual team and support K12 students across Idaho. In this fully remote role, youll have the flexibility to work from home while helping students thrive academically, emotionally, and socially. You'll be an essential part of a collaborative team, partnering with families, educators, and school staff through a secure teletherapy platform to deliver meaningful, results-driven services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual psychoeducational assessments to evaluate students cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of IEPs and 504 Plans tailored to each students unique goals.

  • Provide counseling and mental health support via teletherapy to students navigating academic or personal challenges.

  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to design effective, individualized intervention strategies.

  • Track and analyze student progress, using data to inform ongoing support and decision-making.

  • Attend and participate in virtual IEP meetings, sharing professional insights and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.

  • Active and valid Idaho licensure/certification as a School Psychologist.

  • Preferred: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a school-based setting.

  • Experience with virtual assessments and teletherapy tools is a plus.

  • Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a virtual environment.

Technology Requirements

  • High-speed, reliable internet connection.

  • Desktop or laptop computer (please note: tablets and Chromebooks are not supported).

  • Must pass a brief tech screening to confirm platform compatibility.
