Full- Time School Psychologist near Gilbert, AZ
Location:On Site - Gilbert, AZ Area

Job Summary:
Ideal candidate willsupport the academic, emotional, and behavioral development of students in grades K12. This position serves schools in theGilbert, AZarea, offering a meaningful opportunity to work in a close-knit, supportive community.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to identify students learning and behavioral needs
Collaborate with educators, parents, and related service providers to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Provide direct counseling services to students (individual and group settings)
Participate in multidisciplinary teams to support Response to Intervention (RTI) and Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) frameworks
Assist in crisis intervention and provide trauma-informed care
Ensure compliance with state and federal special education laws and documentation standards
Qualifications:
Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
Valid Arizona School Psychologist certification (or ability to obtain)
Fingerprint clearance card required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of IDEA, Section 504, and MTSS/RTI models
Experience with diverse student populations preferred
