Full- Time School Psychologist near Gilbert, AZ

Location:On Site - Gilbert, AZ Area

Job Summary:

Ideal candidate willsupport the academic, emotional, and behavioral development of students in grades K12. This position serves schools in theGilbert, AZarea, offering a meaningful opportunity to work in a close-knit, supportive community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to identify students learning and behavioral needs

• Collaborate with educators, parents, and related service providers to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

• Provide direct counseling services to students (individual and group settings)

• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to support Response to Intervention (RTI) and Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) frameworks

• Assist in crisis intervention and provide trauma-informed care

• Ensure compliance with state and federal special education laws and documentation standards

Qualifications:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution

• Valid Arizona School Psychologist certification (or ability to obtain)

• Fingerprint clearance card required

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Knowledge of IDEA, Section 504, and MTSS/RTI models

• Experience with diverse student populations preferred
