A licensed School Psychologist is needed for an elementary school setting to cover a leave of absence from August through October during the 2025-2026 school year. This contract position requires full-time availability, with a 37.5-hour workweek, providing essential psychological services to support student learning and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to identify students cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide counseling and intervention strategies to assist students in overcoming academic and social challenges
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of school-wide behavioral supports
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with state and federal regulations

Qualifications:

• Valid Connecticut School Psychologist license
• Experience working in elementary educational settings preferred
