Job description

We are seeking qualified a school psychologist to partner with school districts for the upcoming school year. We are looking for a compassionate and experienced candidate who is committed to providing high-quality mental health services to students.

Job Details:

  • Onsite position
  • Start date: August 2025
  • End date: May 2026
  • 5 Days a Week
  • Full-time position with 37.5 hours/week
  • K-12th caseload; specifics TBD on interview
  • Pay Rate: $50-$60 per hour depending on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify students' strengths, weaknesses, and areas of concern
  • Provide individual and group counseling to address students' emotional and behavioral challenges
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement intervention strategies and behavior management plans
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs
  • Conduct observations and gather data to support the assessment of students' progress and make recommendations for educational planning
  • Provide consultation and guidance to teachers and staff regarding students' social-emotional well-being and academic success
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress reports

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Current Florida state license as a School Psychologist
  • Experience working as a School Psychologist in a school setting is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and interventions
