Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize medical records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Support billing processes by verifying insurance information and assisting with claims submissions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve office efficiency and enhance patient satisfaction.

Experience

• RN License required
• Previous or current experience in a medical office is preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology is essential for effective communication within the healthcare environment.
• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience in medical administrative support roles will be considered an asset.

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
