Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Rosenberg, TX

Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8 AM – 5 PM | Up to $2,200 Weekly

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, in-person position near Rosenberg, TX . This contract offers 40 hours per week for a 13- to 26-week duration , with competitive pay based on experience and bilingual abilities (English/Spanish preferred).

Job Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Provide direct therapy, supervision, and support to clients with developmental and behavioral challenges.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including caregivers, therapists, and educators.

Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff.

Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and treatment updates.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) preferred – higher compensation offered.

Must be able to work fully in person in the Rosenberg, TX area.

Compensation & Benefits:
Up to $2,200 weekly (based on experience & bilingual proficiency).

Flexible 13- to 26-week contract with potential for extension.
