About Job

RiseWell Community Services is seeking a Full Time Licensed Therapist - Community Crisis Specialist to join the CCHBC Program. Our Clinical Services are designed to empower both adults and children/adolescents on their journey to recovery, RiseWell offers comprehensive outpatient mental health and addiction services to individuals in need. Our mission is to provide unwavering support and guidance to individuals seeking assistance through individual and group therapy, medication-assisted treatment, and comprehensive support services.

In this role, you will provide clinical evidence-based services with a focus on mitigating crisis. Services will be provided via integrated treatment. Services will be provided by a multi-disciplinary treatment team with an overall goal to improve consumer health outcomes upon resolution of crisis. Service delivery will occur on-site, in vivo, and in the community. A caseload of adults, children and families will be maintained while providing individual, group, and family sessions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Valid NYS LMSW, LMHC, or LCSW with minimum 3 years of experience in a treatment or rehabilitation setting with a minimum 1 year focus on community based crisis services. Valid and clean NY State driver license, fingerprinting, criminal record check, and approval from NYS required.
