Compensation and Benefits:

BCBA Role at Discovery ABA:

We are seeking passionate BCBAs to join our growing team and make a real difference in the lives of children with autism in Utah. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing individualized treatment plans
  • Providing direct ABA therapy to children with autism in both home and community settings
  • Supervising and training RBTs, ABATs, BCATs, and Behavior Technicians to ensure accurate implementation of treatment plans
  • Collaborating with families, schools, and other professionals to provide a well-rounded approach to care
  • Collecting and analyzing data to track client progress and inform ongoing treatment decisions
  • Participating in team meetings and ongoing professional development to stay at the top of your field


Qualifications:

  • BCBA Certification required
  • LBA certification in Utah
  • Previous experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
  • ABAT, RBT, or Behavior Technician experience required
  • Experience as an Assistant Analyst is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
