Job Description:
- Support individuals with autism within the home, community, school or center
- Record accurate data on client’s behavior and progress on a continuous basis
- Implement and follow behavior support plan as prescribed by supervising BCBA
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development
- Assist with conducting clinical assessments with support of supervisor
- Communicate effectively with clinical team, supervisor and families
- Collaborate with the treatment team, including BCBAs and other professionals, to review and adjust therapy plans as needed.
- Following prompt hierarchy accordingly to promote successful and independent responding
- Provide crisis prevention intervention as needed
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards in the field of behavior analysis.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
