Job Description:

• Support individuals with autism within the home, community, school or center
• Record accurate data on client’s behavior and progress on a continuous basis
• Implement and follow behavior support plan as prescribed by supervising BCBA
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development
• Assist with conducting clinical assessments with support of supervisor
• Communicate effectively with clinical team, supervisor and families
• Collaborate with the treatment team, including BCBAs and other professionals, to review and adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Following prompt hierarchy accordingly to promote successful and independent responding
• Provide crisis prevention intervention as needed
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards in the field of behavior analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
