Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Laguna Beach Community Clinic is dedicated to providing high-quality, accessible care to all-regardless of ability to pay. We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our care team.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care, manage referrals, and support treatment planning and discharge processes.
- Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the care team.
- Provide education to patients, families, and staff, and ensure timely updates to care plans and coordination of care transfers.
- Provide psychological assessments, therapy, and resource referrals for patients and families.
- Develop and implement appropriate psychological interventions to support patient care.
- Launch and help develop the Clinical Social Work Intern Program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or closely related field required
- Current, unrestricted LMFT license issued by the State of California required
- Minimum 3–5 years post-licensure clinical experience required
- Bilingual in Spanish required
- CPR (BLS) certification required, ACLS preferred
- Experience working in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or community clinic preferred

Salary Range
$100,000- $110,000 annually, based on experience
