In Session Counseling of Texas is looking for a fully licensed LPC, LMFT, or LCSW to join our growing team. At ISCT, we are passionate providers who offer quality psychotherapy. Clinicians may work with varying demographics, including children, adolescents, teens and adults. Clients typically present with a wide variety of issues, including ADHD, depression, anxiety, personality and mood disorders, and trauma. Clinicians are allowed a great deal of independence in working with clients and have flexibility in setting up their schedule.

This position is for a contract worker, either full time or part time, hybrid in office and remote, or fully remote.

Requirements:

• MUST be licensed in Texas as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT; LPC-A not accepted at this time
• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a clinical setting working as a mental health counselor, with a population under 18 years old
• Provide high quality, compassionate and ethical direct to consumer mental health therapy to clients
• The ability to use a personal computer to use the web-based software provided by the center for progress notes, treatment plans and scheduling
• Ability to generate reports and progress notes in a timely manner
• Manage a caseload of a minimum of 25 active clients in treatment, per week
