About Job
About this Job
We believe that our individual differences are our strength, and they form the foundation that allows our agency to empower individuals to experience a greater quality of life.
Our agency’s vision is that all people will be empowered to lead meaningful and productive lives among friends, relatives, and neighbors, regardless of behavioral health needs or developmental disabilities. We have been lighting the path forward into recovery by providing person-centered services to adults and children who meet the treatment criteria for substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and/or mental health.
Join our team at Florida Parishes Human Services Authority as a Social Worker providing Functional Family Therapy–Child Welfare (FFT-CW) to youth and families involved in the criminal justice system, DCFS, or wraparound services. This is a community-based position, with services delivered primarily in the homes of families across Tangipahoa, St. Helena, and Livingston Parishes.
We’re looking for a dedicated clinician who is comfortable working flexible, non-traditional hours—including some weekends—and who thrives in a field-based role that rarely involves office time. If you're passionate about supporting families at risk of abuse or neglect and want to make a meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you!
