At FUN Behavioral Solutions, LLC, we're dedicated to fostering independence and building confidence in our practice. Serving children 2 - 20 years of age, FUN Behavioral Solutions offers ABA services, parent and family guidance in the home setting, community setting, and school setting. We offer specialized treatment for each client. As a Behavior Analyst, you play an essential role in ensuring our clients receive the top-quality care they deserve.

Responsibilities:

· Complete and/or update functional assessments and behavior plans.

· Working with individuals and their parents to develop individualized goals that best fit their needs.

· Implementing behavior plans and supervising registered behavior technicians (RBTs) for 5% of their direct hours worked.

· Providing caregiver training in home and/or school settings.

· Complete session notes in a timely manner.

· Monitor data to ensure that treatment is effective

· Conduct assessments (i.e., VB-MAPP, ABLLS, etc.)

· Collaborating with caregivers

· Adherence to all ethical guidelines as set forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Proficient in applied behavior analysis and patient assessment
• Strong understanding of medical documentation and HIPAA regulations
• Experience in behavioral therapy, particularly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities
• Skilled in data collection
• Familiarity with special education and working with individuals with autism and other disabilities
