About Job

Behavior Technician (BT or RBT) In-Home Day Hours

Autumn ABA offers high-quality ABA services to families throughout New Jersey. We seek a part-time registered behavior technician (RBT) or behavior technician (BT) to work with a client with autism in-home doing ABA therapy. A comprehensive training and onboarding process will enable you to feel comfortable and confident in conducting therapy sessions. We offer a flexible schedule, competitive rates, and potential travel compensation.

Your responsibilities:

  • Conduct therapeutic ABA services in the home environment for children with autism
  • Track and maintain data collection of session activities and programs developed by supervising BCBA
  • Maintain anecdotal session notes for each therapy session and required paperwork
  • Collaborate and communicate with supervising BCBA and other team members

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, and/or social work (preferred)
  • Experience working with young children (preferred)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30-35 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week

Benefits: Flexible schedule

  • Monday to Friday
