We are seeking a licensed BCBA to join our growing ABA Team and add an ADULT based ABA team to help in area group homes.

Center of Development has been the longest standing and was the very first pediatric only therapy center in the Upper Cumberland since 2002.

We are the ONLY UC Therapy Center providing all therapies on one team!

Our ABA TEAM includes a growing 5 BCBA's, several BCBA grad students and over 20 RBT's that are all outstanding and compassionate at what they do!

We have two clinic locations in Cookeville, TN. We supply ABA in clinics, home & school locations.

We also supply co-treatments and team based approach with clinic based OT, PT, Feeding, Vision, AAC and Speech therapies.

Our wholistic team with neuro-diverse and trauma informed supportive approaches , caregiver and family centered treatments are making a huge difference in client's outcomes!

Requirements: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with at least 1 year of experience providing evaluations, supervision of Certified RBT's, family & caregiver training, and ABA treatments with RBT. The BCBA takes responsibility for all clinical supervision standards being met in compliance with all state and insurance requirement.

Adult and group home experience a PLUS!

Flexible scheduling available for part time or PRN but could move to full time as census is growing rapidly if BCBA desires.

Experience: 1 year (Required)

Education: Master's (Required) with TN License and BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst
