Senior Behavior Analyst

Full-Time, Salary $75,000 - $80,000

As a Senior Behavior Analyst, you’ll play a key role in leading behavioral programming and ensuring high-quality clinical services. You’ll work collaboratively with individuals served, Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), and interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and provide training on evidence-based behavior support plans.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Providing in-person and remote behavioral consultations
Leading clinical and interdisciplinary review meetings
Conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and other evaluations
Overseeing behavior support plans and providing staff training and feedback
Mentoring other BCBAs and specialized service coordinators
Ensuring compliance with crisis management procedures
Participating in program quality evaluations and clinical documentation

What We’re Looking For:

Active BCBA certification and license to practice in Kansas
Prior experience supporting individuals with autism or I/DD (2-3 years preferred)
Prior supervisory experience (2-3 years preferred)
Strong written/verbal communication and data analysis skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Flexibility in assigned working hours and location
Ability to travel locally to GoodLife homes and programs (locations in Douglas County and Johnson County)
Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
