Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT or LPC) to join our team as an independent contractor. This is an excellent opportunity for therapists looking for flexibility, mentorship, and a strong referral base without the administrative burden of running a private practice.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Pay: 60/40 split per session, with an opportunity to increase to 70/30 after maintaining 25 clients per week for 12 weeks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, couples, or family therapy to clients in Texas.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Comply with ethical and legal guidelines for mental health professionals.
  • Participate in peer consultations, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
  • Maintain a caseload of at least 10 clients per week (adjusted for summer).

Qualifications

  • Licensed in Texas (LMFT or LPC)
  • Strong clinical skills and a passion for serving diverse populations.
  • Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team.
  • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic documentation.
  • Bonus: Experience working with Black communities or an interest in culturally competent therapy.
