Position OverviewInfinite Healing is currently seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who integrates Christian faith into their therapeutic work and feels called to serve in this capacity. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), you will be responsible for building and maintaining your own caseload while working as part of our team. You will be expected to actively seek out and engage new clients through your own marketing efforts. Infinite Healing offers a supportive, collaborative environment with shared resources, clinical support, and a holistic approach to mental health. In this role, you will provide individual, couples, and family therapy while benefiting from the flexibility and community of a group practice setting.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition and Marketing: You will be responsible for finding and attracting your own clients through various marketing strategies and outreach efforts (e.g., networking, online marketing, social media, community events, etc.). Provide Therapy Services: Conduct individual, couples, group and family therapy sessions to treat a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship difficulties, and grief.Develop Treatment Plans: Create personalized treatment plans for each client based on their needs, goals, and personal history.Utilize Evidence-Based Practices: Incorporate a variety of therapeutic approaches (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, mindfulness practices, etc.) to provide effective and individualized care.Maintain Client Records: Complete timely and accurate documentation of sessions, treatment plans, progress notes, and any other required records in accordance with state laws and ethical guidelines.Collaborate with Other Professionals: Work closely with other members of the Infinite Healing team (such as other counselors, health coaches, and support staff) to coordinate care and ensure holistic support for clients.Provide Crisis Intervention: Be available to offer support during times of crisis, providing appropriate intervention strategies or referrals when necessary.Promote Client Wellness: Empower clients to develop coping skills, set goals, and navigate life transitions to enhance their emotional and mental health.Engage in Continuing Education: Stay updated with the latest trends, research, and best practices in the mental health field through ongoing professional development.Contribute to Community Outreach: Participate in workshops, presentations, and community events to promote mental health awareness and the services offered by Infinite Healing.QualificationsLicensure: Must be a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Wisconsin. Education: A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited program.Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience providing therapy in a clinical setting, including experience with individual, couples, and family therapy.Knowledge of Treatment Modalities: Proficiency in a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, mindfulness-based interventions, etc.Strong Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport with clients and communicate effectively with a diverse population.Ethical and Confidential: A deep understanding and adherence to HIPAA regulations, confidentiality, and ethical guidelines in clinical practice.Cultural Competency: Experience working with diverse populations and a strong commitment to cultural sensitivity.Passion for Holistic Healing: A genuine interest in using a holistic approach to mental health, integrating mind, body, and spirit in treatment.Self-Motivated and Entrepreneurial: Ability to market and grow your own practice while collaborating with the Infinite Healing team.
