*Responsibilities:*

*Horizon Health* seeks a *Licensed Clinical Social Worker* to work on the inpatient behavioral health program at Boulder City Hospital in *Boulder City, NV*.

Responsibilities include assessments, unit management, treatment planning and discharge planning, as well as group, individual and family treatment. Participates in referral development processes and activities as requested.

*REQUIREMENTS:*

* Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with current LCSW license.
* Minimum of two years’ experience working with mental health programs, excellent clinical skills
