Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various therapeutic modalities and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. This role involves working with diverse populations, including children and adolescents, in both outpatient settings and school environments. The Clinical Psychologist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating mental health disorders while collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Duties
- Conduct thorough psychological assessments and evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
- Provide therapy utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and clinical counseling techniques.
- Offer addiction counseling services as needed, supporting patients in their recovery journey.
- Work with children experiencing autism spectrum disorders, providing tailored interventions and support.
- Collaborate with schools to address the mental health needs of students, including conducting workshops and training for educators.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in psychology.
Experience
- A Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited institution is required.
- Licensure as a Clinical Psychologist is mandatory.
- Experience working with children and adolescents is preferred, particularly in outpatient or school settings.
- Familiarity with addiction counseling techniques is a plus.
- Proven ability to provide patient care with empathy and professionalism.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum is highly desirable.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $75.00 - $90.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
