Shining Moments ABA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. Job Summary:The Part-Time BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing supervision and support to clients and their families. This role offers flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify the individual's needs and strengths.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment results and data-driven analysis.
• Monitor client progress through systematic data collection and analysis, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide training and support to caregivers and staff in implementing behavior strategies effectively.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals (e.g., teachers, therapists) to ensure a cohesive approach to client care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Stay current with best practices in ABA and contribute to ongoing professional development.
• Potentially provide direct therapy services to clients in various settings (e.g., clinic, home, school, community).
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and company policies.
