Overview:
A leading outpatient mental health practice in Orange County, CA is seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatrist to join its thriving, mission-driven team. This is a full-scope, outpatient position with no call, access to interventional psychiatry, and a strong clinical support system.

What You’ll Do:

Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluations and medication management
See adult, geriatric, or child/adolescent populations (based on your specialty)

Supervise fully licensed APPs (PAs and NPs)

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team and clinical leadership

Contribute to whole-person care plans, with easy referrals and over 50 local partnerships (IOPs, rehab programs, etc.)

Work on-site at a primary clinic location (hybrid model available after onboarding)

Practice Highlights:

10 locations across Orange County (Costa Mesa, Huntington Beach, Orange, Santa Ana, Mission Viejo, and more)

Access to TMS, nasal Ketamine, and active clinical research department

Recently upgraded to EMR for improved reporting and usability

No on-call responsibility

What You’ll Need:

Board Certification in Psychiatry

Active California Medical License (or eligibility)

Experience in outpatient psychiatry

Comfort with collaboration and team-based care

Interest in interventional psychiatry or research is a plus
