What You will Do:

Patient Care Coordinator Tasks:

• Coordinate and schedule all reconstructive surgical procedures for the practice
• Obtain authorizations and verify insurance eligibility via phone, fax, and online portals
• Document account details clearly and accurately in patient records
• Maintain regular follow-up on pending cases and communicate updates with patients
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, medical assistants, and clinical staff
• Stay current on payer guidelines and authorization policies
• Deliver excellent service with a positive, solutions-oriented approach

Patient Intake Coordinator Tasks:

• Answer phones
• Greet patients
• Check-in/check-out patients
• Schedule appointments
• Take co-pays and payments

What We Are Looking For:

• 5+ years of medical practice experience (preferred)
• Proficient in computer systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven dependability and a strong work ethic
• Outgoing, friendly, and team-oriented personality
